The School House Curriculum Centre provides resources and services to teachers at all grade levels. Our curriculum associates are subject area specialists with many years of experience designing lesson plans, worksheets, assessment tools and learning activities that will help your students progress smoothly and effortlessly through the prescribed program of studies.
The School House Curriculum Centre has developed a unique program that makes every teacher's job a lot easier. By using our program, teachers can quickly identify a student's placement on the learning continuum. This placement indicates an instructional starting point and a series of objectives that the student must master in order to cover the program of studies thoroughly. Our program comes with a vast number of support activities, worksheets and learning experiences that will ensure that the student masters the skills and knowledge associated with the program of studies and the corresponding learning objectives.
Our program can be used to initiate, remediate or accelerate learning outcomes that meet the needs of individual students at all levels of abilities.
Our programs help students who:
- are working at grade level so that they can maintain their skills;
- are working below grade level so that they can "catch up";
- are working above grade level and need enrichment ;
- are absent from school due to accident or illness ;
- are going on extended holidays, or
- are involved in home-schooling and want program direction.
Our resource bank contains thousands of lesson plans, worksheets and learning activities that will help all students progress smoothly and effortlessly through every objective in the program of studies. Having an endless supply of resources which can be used to directly ameliorate your students' performance is tantamount to having a dedicated group of teachers working full time each and every day exclusively for the benefit of you and your students.
We have done everything possible to present the curriculum in the most manageable format which allows all teachers to work more efficiently and all students to progress successfully at their own pace.
