Continuous Learning and Growth

Research shows that when educators commit to continuous learning, student outcomes - both academic and developmental - improve. In fact, today's most effective educators view continuous learning and growth as a circular process. It is a never-ending process, encompassing student assessment, program planning and design, implementation, evaluation, and revision. The student's needs are clearly identified; goals, and activities are set and progress is continuously assessed and refined.
Each student knows what he has to accomplish and is able to move along the learning continuum at his own pace, spending more time on some objectives and less on others as the need dictates.
